Successful LinkedIn Automation Campaign With Hyper Personalization: Here’s How We 6x Our Cold Outreach Outcomes

Linkedcamp Hyper Personalization

Personalization has quickly become the new norm.

If you are a B2B marketer, you’d already have an idea that personalization helps to run successful LinkedIn campaigns with a significant improvement in the acceptance and reply rate.

95% of the users have claimed that personalized campaigns had a very strong and extreme impact on the results.

But it’s not giving significant results anymore.

Why? 🤨

Because the basic level of personalization is good for short-term results and doesn’t give any long-term benefits.

What do I mean by basic level personalization?

Well, basic level personalization includes adding a first name, job title, industry type, etc. to an opening line of the connect request note, messages, etc.

I have personally used such personalization to run many campaigns but the truth is — it’s simply not enough anymore.

What most marketers and professionals, who use LinkedIn automation, do is that they change the first or last name and think that’s enough!

Well, it is not!

And the reason behind this is that almost everyone out there has become aware of such tactics and they are using the very same template. (The only thing different is the name of the prospect).

Ever received something like this? I’m sure you’d.

I’ve received plenty of such connect request notes, but screenshotting all of these would take forever. 😅 So, let’s just skip this!

But here is my point: It might work once, or twice but not every time.

Prospects no longer show interest in this level of personalization they receive from brands.

It’s boring and get’s no outcomes! 🥱

Today, prospects expect a heightened level of personalization and marketing tactics, exclusively tailored to their needs.

So, if you really want to stay ahead of your competitors, you need to come up with something new, something that no one else is using and that helps you to stand out among the rest.

You must be thinking, how?

We’re so excited to share that LinkedCamp has recently launched its new feature to take your personalization game to the next level.

In this guide, I will explain how marketers can move from personalization to hyper-personalization as the next step:

Here’s what we are going to cover:

Let’s get started!

Dynamic LinkedIn Personalization and how to use it?

Before hitting the technical notes of dynamic personalization, I would try to make it simple for the readers to understand what exactly it is:

Personalization in LinkedIn outreach is to set an outreach campaign for a specific audience and get their attention with a highly personalized touch.

It can be anything from user’s name to job title, niche, etc. Some of the most used dynamic tags are:

{{first_name}} – First Name

{{last_name}} – Last Name

{{designation}} – Designation

{{location}} – Location

{{company_name}} – Company Name

{{industry}} – Industry

You’d already be familiar with these dynamic tags which are basically part of traditional personalization.

Hyper personalization takes traditional level personalization to a new level.

It includes adding dynamic placeholders that are basically custom tags, unique to LinkedCamp that varies as per the prospect you’re reaching through a cold outreach campaign.

This dynamic tag allows me for more personalization and in turn, makes our outreach messages less spammy.

Moving one step ahead, LinkedCamp has introduced a completely new and unique feature: Hyper personalized messages with images.

Let me tell you how it works: It detects the avatar of the prospects you are targeting on LinkedIn automatically and adds it to an image template. Awesome, isn’t it? 🤩

Let’s assume a case here: Jeff Bezos (CEO of Amazon) is on LinkedIn and I want to reach out to him. Yeah, you read that right! 😉

That man who is going to be the first millionaire probably gets thousands of messages. What should I do to make myself stand out from all of them?

It’s a kind of big deal.

What could be a better idea to use his picture in my outreach message image? When I run the campaign, he’d receive something like this in his inbox:

Simple camp mug mockup

And here’s the awesome part:

It’s just not Jeff Bezos but everyone you have reached through the outreach campaign will receive a personalized image with their pictures on it, in their inbox.

Not only that, you can also hyper-personalize your messages by uploading dynamic gifs to make them more attractive and skyrocket your response rate.

Cherry on the top, you can also upload pdf(s) along with your message- Try this and you’ll be able to get the attention of your prospects at once. How cool is that! 😎

We run such campaigns with dynamic personalization and we sent messages to our prospects with personalized images, GIFs and received outstanding outcomes.
(Image ) More than 70% acceptance rate and 25% response rate.

Why Does It Matter?

Relevance Hyper personalized messages mean creating content that would immediately catch the attention of the right person at the right time during the cold outreach.

Many automation tools have spoken about it but LinkedCamp has actually turned it into reality.

Uniqueness – As few or no other tool is using this technique in the market, you’re surely going to hit the right notes with the dynamic LinkedIn personalization.

Engagement Hyper-personalized message campaign drives 3-4x more engagements and the key lies in understanding their interests and target them with a unique yet personalized approach.

Trust – When you get someone’s attention and successfully engage with them, the trust will naturally follow.

The key to making such campaigns successful is to take a personalized approach for each prospect at every touchpoint.

Stands out – You’d probably be the first one to use his type of approach and that’s what will make you stand out from the rest.

Statistics

A vast majority of the users, some 95% agreed that personalization is the key to running a successful outreach campaign.

While 80% acknowledged that it has a strong impact on increasing engagement.

When we conducted surveys of B2B marketers and other professionals, surprisingly, more than half of the professionals were not satisfied with their basic level personalization capabilities.

If you’re one of them, don’t worry! LinkedCamp has got your back.

How to run an effective Hyper Personalized Campaign with LinkedCamp

1. Write a relevant message with a powerful image template

When using LinkedIn automation to run a hyper-personalized outreach campaign, make sure you craft a relevant message, to the point, not too long. It should have something interesting for the prospect to pay attention to.

What we do before crafting a message that would actually grab the prospects’ attention?

Research.

Yes! This single word is worth millions of dollars! 😱

If you’ve done a good job identifying the problems of your target audience and you somehow highlight that in your message and provide them with a solution.

And you, already, are a clear winner.

Keep your message fairly simple and short. Don’t confuse your prospects! An example of a good message is:

Hey {First name},

With an explosion of business coaches and consultants trying to start and grow a business today, the vast array of competitors which you are competing against is craziness.

However, the new reality is the number of business casualties is increasing faster than ever. This means that your chance of growing successful coaching, consulting, and training company is greatly diminished—in fact, your chances of succeeding online are decreasing at unprecedented speed.

2. Set a schedule and campaign limit

When using a cloud based LinkedIn automation tool to set a campaign, make sure you set proper limits first. It’s very important to keep your account safe and secured.

There’re firm rules and standards set by LinkedIn so if you cross them, you might put your account at risk.

I would suggest you start small and then eventually increase your LinkedIn message limit once you have established your reputation.

What should be your primary motives for sending hyper-personalized images?

1 – Get Attention

Your primary objective of running a dynamic outreach campaign is to get the attention of your ideal prospects. Once you have got their attention, it becomes easier to engage with them.

The only goal of sending such a personalized campaign is to make the prospect respond to you.

As a broad rule of thumb, I would suggest you don’t bombard your prospects with such a message. Send it once and wait for the response.

2 – Interest

Once your prospect has responded, it’s time to move them into your interest funnel game.

Even if you find a tiny signal of interest, it’s up to you how you make your prospect move all the way to the bottom of your sales page.
Invite them to a free trial or ask them to book a free demo.

3 – Action

This is the point where you can turn a lead into a successful sale. You need to send them a well-thought message to make them realize the value of your offer.

For this, you need to have a good grasp of what could trigger your ideal prospects to make them take an action.
