LinkedCamp × DeepSeek
Cost-optimized Chinese frontier model for high-volume tasks.
How LinkedCamp and DeepSeek work together
DeepSeek support is a cost play — for teams running 10,000+ AI calls/month (think bulk qualification or reply scoring), DeepSeek-V3 delivers GPT-4-class quality at roughly 10% of the cost. Use it for the Qualifier agent where latency and cost dominate over prose polish.

Frequently asked about LinkedCamp × DeepSeek
Is this bring-your-own-key (BYOK) or does LinkedCamp charge for AI usage?+
BYOK. You paste your DeepSeek API key in Settings → AI Providers. LinkedCamp never meters AI tokens — you see every call in DeepSeek's dashboard and pay DeepSeek at your negotiated rates.
Which models from DeepSeek does LinkedCamp support?+
LinkedCamp supports DeepSeek's current text generation models (see DeepSeek's model docs for the latest lineup). You pick the default in Settings → AI Providers, and can override per-agent on the Agency plan (e.g., flagship model for drafting, smaller model for qualification).
Can I mix DeepSeek with other AI providers in the same account?+
Yes. A common pattern is using DeepSeek for the Appointment and Reply agents while a cheaper model handles bulk qualification. All supported providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek — can be configured simultaneously.
How is my DeepSeek API key stored?+
Encrypted at rest with AES-256, decrypted only in memory at the moment of an API call. No LinkedCamp employee can read the raw key without your explicit support-ticket authorization. You can rotate or delete the key from Settings at any time.
What plans include the DeepSeek integration?+
The DeepSeek integration is available on Pro / Agency plans. Start on the Pro plan ($79/mo) or upgrade from Turbo any time.
